Michael Symon to Headline Hometown Fabulous Food Show  at Cleveland’s I-X Center November 14-16, 2014

Cleveland, OH (July 21, 2014) Cleveland is really turning up the heat! I-X Center is proud to announce Iron Chef Michael Symon will return home to entertain fans and culinary enthusiasts alike at the 9th annual Fabulous Food Show, November 14-16.

Fabulous Food Show is the nation’s largest consumer food & beverage themed event. The enormous festival features world renowned culinary professionals, celebrity chefs and regional artisans conducting high energy informative demonstrations. Over 100 live presentations will be scheduled across six different customized stages, just in time to celebrate the holiday season. Chef Symon will appear at the event each day.

“We are truly fortunate to live in a region ripe with exceptional culinary talent,” said Jeremy Levine, Executive Producer for the Fabulous Food Show. Adding, “Chef Michael Symon is a wonderful ambassador for our community. We are tremendously excited he will join us at the Fabulous Food Show this year to showcase his artistry and passion.”

In addition to daily demonstrations, guests can ‘taste, try and buy’ their way through the Market Place, an expansive show floor with more than 450 exhibiting companies. Free admission is included to the co-located By Hand Fine Art & Craft Fair. Tickets for the Fabulous Food Show will go on sale August 15th. Additional participating celebrity talent and signature event details will be announced in the coming weeks.
